No. 10 Quality Row in the Norfolk Island historic area. Built in 1844 as a gentleman's residence, home to Thomas Seller, supervisor of government works. Eureka Tower, 297.3 m tall skyscraper, that when finished in 2006 was the tallest residential building in the world, now the 14th tallest. It has 91 storeys above ground, and an observation deck at the top. The top 10 floors have 24-carat gold plated glass windows, in reference to the gold rush and the Eureka Stockade rebellion.
